Prince Harry Attends Tunisian Terror Attack Anniversary Memorial

Prince Harry joined survivors and family members of last year’s two terrorist attacks in Tunisia today for a commemorative service at Westminster Abbey for the 31 Britons that were killed in March and June. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Mumbai this morning for their week-long tour of India and Bhutan. Their first public appearance was at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, where they will be staying whilst in Mumbai. Prince Harry’s Private Time in Nepal Building A School

More photos have been released by Kensington Palace of Prince Harry’s week in Nepal where he helped Team Rubicon UK to rebuild a school that was destroyed in the 2015 earthquake. Windsor Castle and Palace of Holyroodhouse To Get £37Million Renovations

A £37million renovation project will see numerous works undertaken at Windsor Castle in Berkshire and the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh. The funding comes entirely from the Royal Collection Trust. £27million will be spent on Windsor Castle, which will boast a new visitors centre and a learning centre for schoolchildren once the renovations are completed at the end of 2018. Royal Mint Reveals Coin To Mark Queen Elizabeth’s 90th Birthday

Today the Royal Mint revealed the coin they have minted to mark Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday. The £5 commemorative coin features a garland of nine roses (one for each of the Queen’s decades) surrounding the royal cypher ‘EIIR’ and the number 90. Flashback Friday: A Young Prince Charles On Archaeological Dig

Back in 1968, Prince Charles was a student at Trinity College, Cambridge undertaking a course in archaeology and physical and social anthropology. As part of his studies, the 19-year-old Prince went to France and Jersey on archaeological digs in March and April that year. In the below photo, dated April 1, 1968, he is seen taking part in an excavation at a Palaeolithic site in La Cotte de St Brelade, Jersey.

The Phillips Girls Enjoy The Sun At Gatcombe Horse Trials

Savannah and Isla Phillips took advantage of the shining sunlight today while at the Gatcombe Horse Trials in Gloucestershire by enjoying a sweet treat – ice-cream. The two eldest great-grandchildren of Queen Elizabeth sat quietly with their mother, Autumn Phillips, as they watched the event on their grandmother’s estate. Later in the afternoon Princess Anne presented medals to the day’s winning riders.

Happy Maundy Thursday! Queen Marks Day at St George’s Chapel, Windsor

For the first time since 1959, the Royal Maundy Service took place today – Maundy Thursday – at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. A Royal Visit for the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards at their Scottish Base

The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards had a visit from their Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, the Duke of Kent, today at their base in Scotland.
