Prince Philip “Satisfactory” Following Operation

London – June 7th, 2013 Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh underwent “an exploratory operation following abdominal investigations” at a London hospital on Friday June 7th. London – June 6th, 2013 Shortly after 7.30pm London time last night, Buckingham Palace announced that Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh had been admitted to a hospital in central London that evening. Despite the rumours the Queen will have to spend at least two days in hospital, Her Majesty was today discharged and judging by her glowing appearance is back to normal. Queen Elizabeth left King Edward VII Hospital at around 2.45pm following a visit from her personal physician, Professor John Cunningham. Queen Elizabeth was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital for immediate medical treatment on Sunday afternoon. Her Majesty is recovering from gastroenteritis, and her physicians thought it best for the Monarch to be treated in a hospital.
