It is party time in most catholic communities in the world, as people are celebrating carnaval. Yesterday the sympathetic Princess Léa (or Princess Alexandre) of Belgium, sister-in-law of King Albert II, went to the town of Eupen to join the festivities. Greetings From Verbier

King Philippe of the Belgians, his wife Queen Mathilde and their four children are spending their annual winter vacation in Verbier, Switzerland. The Belgian palace released several photos of the family on skis. Crown Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriël, Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eléonore can enjoy the Swiss slopes for the rest of the week. Palace Releases Details of Fabiola’s Inheritance

Almost fourteen months after Queen Fabiola of the Belgians passed away, the palace announced that her inheritance has finally been distributed. The sole benificiary seems to be the ‘Aid Fund of the Queen’. The fund helps Belgians in need and is currently chaired by Queen Mathilde.
