Princess Elisabetta Does Internship At European Parliament

This has been discovered by the Flemish television programme ‘Royalty’. Dracula’s Castle to Close Its Doors?

The Romanian government has decided to end the lease of Bran Castle. The castle was once believed to be owned by Vlad III the Impaler, better known as ‘Dracula’. The annual King’s Feast celebration has taken place in Belgium today, with King Albert, Queen Paola, Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz attending the Te Deum at the Cathédrale des Saints-Michel-et-Gudule. Luxembourg’s Grand Ducal Family Attend Remembrance Mass

This morning members of the Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg attended the annual mass of remembrance at the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Luxembourg honouring deceased members of the Grand Ducal Family. Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa were joined by Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie, Archduchess Marie-Astrid and Archduke Carl Christian for the mass, which was presided over by Archbishop Jean-Claude Hollerich.

King Albert Presents Prince Albert Fund 2015 Diplomas

King Albert today presented the Prince Albert Fund diplomas for 2015 in a ceremony at the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium offices in Brussels. He was accompanied by his daughter, Princess Astrid. The Fund, which this year celebrates its thirtieth anniversary, provides scholarships to young professionals so they can work on a project for a Belgian company abroad. Archduchess Adélaïde of Austria (née Drapé-Frisch) gave birth to a daughter on December 22, 2014 in Geneva. The little Archduchess has been named Katarina Marie-Christine Fabiola. Archduchess Katarina was christened very shortly after her birth, on December 27. The christening also took place in Geneva. The assassinated heir to the Austrian throne, Archduke Franz Ferdinand, and his wife Sophie were interred into the crypt at Artstetten Castle on July 4, 1914.
