A cross country royal event took place yesterday evening, when Crown Princess Victoria attended the 50th Anniversary Royal Gala evening for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in The Netherlands. Also in attendance at the gala were HRH The Prince of Oranje and the Duke of Parma and his wife Annemarie. The duke and duchess celebrated their civil wedding this spring. Emir of Qatar and Wife in the UK

The Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Her Highness Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al-Missned arrived in the UK on the 25th for a 2 day tour to the UK, the first since his last visit in 1985.
