The Parker-Bowleses have welcomed another baby into their clan – the Duchess of Cornwall’s son, Tom, and his wife Sara announced the birth of their second child recently. The newborn, a baby boy, was born on February 28th and named Freddy. He joins big sister Lola, born in October 2007. Freddy is the third grandson of the Duchess, whose daughter Laura welcomed twin boys in late December.
