Crown Princess Mary Receives Donation for the Danish Demining Group

As the patron of the Danish Refugee Council, Crown Princess Mary accepted a donation of 3.2 million Swedish Kroner on January 29th for the charity’s Danish Demining Group. The donation came from Postkodlotteriet, a Swedish lottery foundation. The money will go towards clearing mines in Sri Lanka.

Mary has been patron of the Danish Refugee Council since 2005.
