Swedish and Norwegian Royals at World Skiing Championships
On February 8 and 9, the Swedish and Norwegian royal families met up for the World Skiing Championships in Åre, Sweden.
Queen Silvia and King Carl Gustaf joined Crown Princess Victoria and her family as well as Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette Marit as the families watched the Alpine World Cup together.
Norwegians Ragnhild Mowinckel won the bronze medal at the events, as well as Kajsa Vickhoff Lie.
Both families are staying in the Swedish town of Åre until February 11.
“Hey Norway… and a little Sweden too! 🇳🇴 🇸🇪 Looking forward to seeing more of those who are a little better at skiing than us here in åre!”
