Commissioned By: Isma’il Pasha, Khedive of Egypt and Sudan

On The Palace Grounds: Several museums are housed within the Palace – the Museum of Arms, the Presidential Gifts Museum, the Documents Museum, the Decorations and Medals Hall, and the Royal Silverware Museum
Current Owner: The Egyptian State
Current Use: Official residence and main workplace of H.E. The President of Egypt
Fun Fact: The Palace was commissioned to celebrate the inauguration of the Suez Canal
