Princess Anne To Join Queen As Patron of British Horse Society
The Princess Royal will join her mother, Queen Elizabeth II, as vice-patron of the British Horse Society, the charity announced on Friday.
“We are delighted to have The Queen and The Princess Royal supporting The British Horse Society. The Princess Royal’s interest and support for all things equestrian is remarkable. We’re very excited about working with her,” the Chief Executive of the BHS, Lynn Petersen, said of the new appointment.
The BHS has a focus on “promoting horse welfare, horse and rider safety, and access for riders in the UK.”
