Queen Rania Tours Al Salt City

Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a visit to Al Salt city in Jordan.

Queen Rania visited Beit Aziz, the first bed and breakfast in Al Salt. During the visit, she met with the owners and they explained how they started and how it has helped the tourism in the area. Her Majesty later joined a group of women in a workshop where she watched the teaching of Hadab and participated in hemming a shemagh.

Queen Rania met with youths from Al Salt Film Center that are taking part in the Royal Film “My City” competition. She then stopped in one of the oldest sweet shops, Al Hanbali Arabic sweets.
