Fourth ‘Prince Daniel’s Race and Sports Day’ Held At Haga Park
Prince Daniel has organised a children’s sports day run in Haga Park for several years, and today the fourth edition of the event was run.
Around 15,000 children and adults took part in the sports day, taking part in a number of different sport stations as well as the main event, ‘Prince Daniel’s Run’. All the day’s runners received a medal from Daniel upon the run’s conclusion.

Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Estelle came out to the park as well during the day, but didn’t participate in any of the sports – Prince Daniel said that he and Victoria are trying to get her more involved and be more active.
The Prince organises the event alongside the Swedish Sports Confederation, the Stockholm Sports Federation, the City of Solna, the City of Stockholm, the Royal Court and the Solna Sports Associations Cooperation Organization.
