Queen Mathilde at the Launch of a New “Child Focus” Campaign

As Honorary President of Child Focus, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde attended at the launch of a new campaign of the foundation. The event took place today, Tuesday September 6, at the Royal Palace in Brussels.

The new campaign called “Dossier 116 000” is a detective, informative and educational game for children between 10-12 years old. The purpose of the game is to introduce the children with the foundation, its mission and advices to prevent disappearances, sexual exploitation and online and offline security. The title of the game is referring to the emergency number 116 000, free and available day and night to report or talk in confidence about sexual abuse, disappearance and sexual exploitation.

Heidi De Pauw, General Director of Child Focus, along with another representative of the foundation, presented to the Queen a copy of the game and explained to her how it works.
Since January 2014 Queen Mathilde is Honorary President of Child Focus.
