King Felipe Visits The ‘Aifos’ During Copa Del Rey

King Felipe VI paid a visit to the crew manning his yacht, Aifos, in this year’s Copa Del Rey Mafre Sailing Cup.

Although the day’s race did not go ahead due to strong winds, the King instead spent his time speaking with the crew and officials from the Royal Yacht Club de Palma. King Felipe has this year been unable to participate in the race himself, as he usually does, due to his heavy work schedule – there are some reports he will be stepping aboard the yacht on Saturday for the final day of the Cup.

The Copa Del Rey is in its 35th year.
