The Bernadottes Hit The Polar Music Prize
As they do each year, the Swedish Royal Family tonight attended the Polar Music Prize at the Stockholm Concert Hall.
King Carl XVI Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl Philip, Princess Sofia, Princess Christina and Tord Magnuson were all present, walking the white carpet before the awards ceremony, during which Sweden’s Max Martin and Italy’s Cecilia Bartoli were presented this year’s prizes.

Both Victoria and Sofia opted for white dresses for the event (making them somewhat blend into both the backdrop and the floor!), with Victoria’s Ralph Lauren gown accessorised by an elaborate necklace and Sofia’s lace dress having an asymmetrical hem.
Queen Silvia went for a blue pant suit with a red shawl, while Princess Christina wore florals.

After the concert, the royals – minus the two recent mothers – attended the laureates banquet at the Grand Hôtel.
