That Looks Interesting! Queen Máxima Opens Singularity University

Yesterday, Thursday June 2, Her Majesty Queen Máxima opened a new innovation hub of the Dutch branch of the Singularity University in Eindhoven.

The Singularity University (SU) was founded in 2008 in California and it is located at the NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley. SU aims to apply new tecnologies to address global issues with the help of educational programs.

The innovation hub of Eindhoven is the first that Singularity University opens outside the United States and it will be focused in technological developments on mobility, food, water and health and it will be also a space dedicated to meetings for businesses, governments, investors, for the creations of start-ups and it will help people to be more involved with these initiatives.

During the cutting of the ribbon, Queen Máxima was helped by two modern drones who were holding the ribbon.
