Frederik & Mary Host Sustainable Fashion Dinner

  May 12, 2016 at 3:35 am by

Last night, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark hosted a dinner for attendees of this week’s Copenhagen Fashion Summit at their apartment in Amalienborg.

Among those who attended were the Danish Foreign Minister, Kristian Jensen, the President and First Lady of Honduras, fashion photographer Mario Testino (whose portrait of the Crown Prince Couple will be revealed later today during an exhibition at GL Strand) and model Amber Valetta.

Princess Mary donned a dress that has proved very popular amongst her Scandinavian cohorts – a black hi-lo dress from the H&M Conscious Collection. She paired it with a pair of bright yellow pumps (not the best choice with this particular black dress, in this blogger’s  opinion).

The Summit is held every two years and focuses on creating sustainable fashion worldwide.
