As has become somewhat of a tradition, a royal took part in the Maserati Jerudong Park Trophy at the Cirencester Park Polo Club today. Prince Harry joined the greens for the charity polo match.

Harry attempted to lead his team back from being down 6-1 at half time, but after missing some “absolute sitters” in the late stages of the game and frustration clear on his face, the Prince’s team lost 8-7. The match this year benefits two of Prince Harry’s patronages, WellChild and MapAction, as well as Centrepoint, a charity affiliated with the Duke of Cambridge.

In previous years, Prince William has also participated in the event.
