Prince Henrik Too Ill To Attend Queen Margrethe’s Birthday Celebrations

Queen Margarethe of Denmark is celebrating her 75th birthday celebrations over the next two days and she won’t be joined by her husband, Princes Henrik.

The Royal House communications director said today that the Prince Consort won’t be attending the celebrations because he has a flu. The Prince already missed the press conference the Queen held on April 13 in connection with her birthday.

Prince Henrik was suppose to attend a dinner on April 15 and on April 16 join the Queen in a carriage ride, appear along side the family on the balcony and attend a few other events.
