In a way – Prince Jaime’s mother is Princess Irene of the Netherlands. However, the children of Irene and her ex-husband, the late Carlos Hugo, Duke of Parma are not officially part of the Dutch Royal House.

Congratulations to the royal couple, and ever blessing to them as they look to a healthy addition to the family.
