One Response to Prince Daniel of Sweden Turns 40

  1. Diana Lucia Zotescu says:

I would like to wish HRH Prince Daniel of Sweden a very Happy Birthday and congratulations for His beautiful example-setting life with HRH Princess Victoria, the future Queen of Sweden.

I am a strong supporter of Monarchy as a perfect system to lead a country. I am a fourth generation born in Romania, so I am a Romanian citizen, even though am not a Romanian national. My ancestors came from Sweden, England, Germany and Northern Greece, and settled in Romania during the first half of the 19th century. However, English language, food, manners, child-rearing and life-style were kept almost intact, along with a certain longing for everything reminding us of the Nordic history (the daring spirit of the vikings), mythology (such as Odin and the nornas), the aurora borealis and the fjords still co-exist in my deep sub-conscience.

All these, as a justification to my interest in everything partaining the countries of origin of my ancestors.

Once agaian, Happy Birthday to Prince Daniel!

    Diana Lucia Zotescu
