The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the Tusk Foundation gala dinner at The Royal Society in London on Thursday night.

The awards were hosted by journalist Kate Silverton, which celebrated outstanding achievement in the field of African conservation. Prince William, who is patron of the Tusk charity, handed out two awards, a lifetime achievement honour called The Prince William Award for Conservation in Africa and an award that recognises up-and-coming conservationist.

Catherine wore a floor-length sequin gown by Jenny Packham and Jimmy Choo heels, while Prince William wore a smart black tie suit.

I wish she’d do something with all that straggly looking hair. A fabulous chignon would definitely enhance her look, but alas, she wants to look like a teenage kid without a hairdresser.

  2. Shirley-Anne Thomson says:

My mother had long hair too but one day while hanging out the washing her hair flicked in her face and kept getting in the road plus the babies kept pulling it so she had it all cut off, She looked stunning in the shorter hair style.
My word what a wonderful couple they are we are all so proud of Wills and Kate.

Leave them be. They are yet young _ no Ferdinand and Isabella. they will age and appear frumpy soon enough.
