Infanta Elena delivers Young Social Entrepreneurs Awards

Infanta Elena of Spain delivered the 5th Young Social Entrepreneurs Awards at the European University of Madrid on March 14th. The awards, which are handed out annually, by the European University of Madrid Foundation in recognition of the merits of young entrepreneurs to improve social or environmental situations

The Duchess of Lugo was accompanied to this event by the Spanish Secretary of State for Education, Training and Universities, Montserrat Gomendio, and the President of the European University, Miguel Carmelo. The University jury had selected 10 young social entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 29 years old whose projects sought to have an impact in Spain.
