Royal Audiences At The Zarzuela Palace
Members of the Spanish Royal Family held a series of audiences at a Reception Room of the Zarzuela Palace this week.
On January 15th, The Prince of Asturias hosted an audience for the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America, Mr. Leon Edward Panetta. The following day Prince Felipe hosted audiences for the Real Sociedad Deportiva Alcala, the first International Congress of Digital Photography, The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ciudad Real and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Melilla.
Her Majesty The Queen received and hosted an audience for members of the medical technicians of the Spanish Red Cross in Madrid to mark their Golden Jubilee on January 17th. Queen Sofia later received the Board of the Spanish Confederation of Organisations for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities. The Princess of Asturias met with a delegation from the Seed Association for Social Integration and later hosted another audience for the Spanish Federation of Cystic Fibrosis on January 17th.
The last audience of the week was hosted by His Majesty The King who received and warmly welcomed the President of the Government of Galicia, Alberto Núñez Feijooon on Friday January 18th.
