The Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg has announced the engagement of Prince Félix, second son of Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, to Miss Claire Lademacher.

A brief statement announcing the news, along with the Grand Ducal Couple’s “great joy”, was accompanied by a series of private photos of the couple over the years, and a biography of the new royal fiancé (available in French here).

Prince Félix and Miss Lademacher have been dating for several years. Miss Lademacher was present at the religious marriage of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume to Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy in October this year.
