Alwaleed Receives Honorary Medal
Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, chairman of the Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), was awarded the Medal of Honour of Myanmar President’s, Thein Sein.
The awards ceremony was held at the Government House in Burma. The medal received was Prince Alwaleed’s 66th honorary medal. Princess Ameerah Al-Taweel, Vice Chairwoman and Secretary General of Alwaleed Bin Talal Foundation, attended the awards ceremony.
The Alwaleed Bin Talal Foundation-Global has made several donations this year to Myanmar. Prince Alwaleed’s first medal was received in 1997.
