Infanta Elena Opens New Civil Guard Cavalry Complex

Her Royal Highness Infanta Elena of Spain, Duchess of Lugo was in Valdemoro on the outskirts of Madrid on May 3rd.
The eldest daughter of Their Majesties presided over the official opening of the new equestrian facilities of the Civil Guard at Valdemoro.
A keen horsewoman and lover of equestrian, Infanta Elena was accompanied by the director general of the Guardia Civil, the Mayor of Valdemoro, to this event. The Infanta unveiled a commemorative wall plaque to mark the official opening and later reviewed the Cavalry Squadron.
Infanta Elena gave a brief speech and with the other gathered dignitaries were treated to a parade performed by members of the Cavalry Squadron of the Civil Guard.
