Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, led the UAE team to win the gold medal at the Arab Games 120km endurance race in Doha.

The UAE team won the gold medal after competing with seven different countries taking part at the 12th Arab Games. The UAE riders also won all three top medals in the individual competition.

Speaking to the press, Sheikh Hamdan thanked the Rulers for their continues support for the sport saying, “We dedicate this achievement to His Highness the President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of the 40th National Day and it is the least we can do to express our gratitude and thanks for his noble and continuous support.” Shaikh Hamdan also thanked Dubai’s Ruler for attending the race by saying, “We are thankful and do appreciate his attendance, which gave us reason to do our best for our country. And I believe that as long as His Highness Sheikh Mohammad continues to support us we will continue in achieving great victories for our country.”
