Queen Elizabeth II & Prince Philip visit to Abu Dhabi
Day One = 24th November
Accompanied by His Royal Highness The Duke of York, The Queen and Prince Phillip have made a flying two day visit to Abu Dhabi. Their first engagement after landing was to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
Day Two = 25th November
The Queen met HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum. Then went on a visit to see the unveiling design for Sheikh Zayed National Museum. It was then on to meet the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister. Then finally for the mornings activities – The Queen attended a partnership event hosted by the British Community.
In the afternoon The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duke of York were officially welcomed at the Al Mushrif Palace. This was followed by two presentations of both delegations and Emirati Royals. Lunch was then with the HH President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and members of the ruling family.
The Queen paid a private visit to HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak at the Sea Palace and for The Duke of Edinburgh he went to watch a UAE military event.
Then in the evening The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh departed Abu Dhabi for Muscat, Oman where they will participate in a three day state trip.

The Queen arrived in Muscat on Thursday and had the official welcome on Friday – she looked very fresh and cool in Pink
