Princess Haya Named Patron of World Sport Academy

The World Academy of Sport (WAoS) has announced the appointment of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Al Hussein as a Global Patron. Princess Haya’s new role is to ensure the initives reach all parts of the world by the world body and the International Advisory Board.

On her patronage, Princess Haya said: “I am delighted to accept the position of Global Patron of the World Academy of Sport and look forward to working with the Academy to provide industry relevant education in all parts of the world.”

Sir Howard Bernstein, IAB Vice Chairman and CEO of Manchester City Council, in his statement said, “The appointment of Princess Haya is an important milestone for the WAoS in the development of our global operations.”
