Prince Albert does not have the leadership skills necessary to run the Principality or that he should. For him to marry Charlene who has been without any personality it will be the final devastation of the Principality. She does not have charisma nor leadership skills necessary of a princess.
He has encourage her plastic surgery for her beauty, but Monaco does not live only of tourism. Monaco needs a leader and not a model.
