Yemeni President Visits Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen arrived Tuesday, February 23rd in the Bahraini capital, Manama, on a two-day state visit.
He was received by HM King Hamad Al Khalifa, Prime Minister Prince Salman Al Khalifa, Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid Bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and a number of Bahraini ministers and officials at the airport.
Then, the two leaders held a talk session dedicated to discussing means of reinforcing the two countries’ relations as well as joint cooperation. The talks also dealt with the latest situation developments in the region of concern to both countries.
President Saleh also received today Crown Prince Salman Al Khalifa at his residence before leaving Manama.
The Yemeni President arrived in Bahrain following his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he held talks with Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
