King Abdullah of Jordan in Saudi Arabia
February 19, 2009 – Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdelaziz meet with Jordan King Abdullah in Riyadh to discussed ways to address current challenges in the region that would best serve joint Arab interests.
During the meeting the two leaders discussed the importance of international and Arab efforts to launch serious and effective negotiations to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict on the basis of the two-state solution and in pursuance of the Arab Peace Initiative and they expressed their keenness on further cooperation in all spheres.
King Abdullah was received at the airport by several Saudi officials.
