This year Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands will celebrate her 30th year on the throne. To pay some special attention to the queen, palace Soestdijk will host a photo exposition from 5 January to 4 April of this year.

The palace was the home where Beatrix grew up with her sisters. The website of the museums says: it was a home where they played, homework was made and where statesmen were received. The exposition will show 48 pictures of queen Beatrix in and around the palace. Earlier the palace had an exposition about the life of queen Juliana, which attracted a lot of visitors to the former home of the queen.
