Saudi King Abudllah wins King Khaled Award for National Achievement

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah has been named winner of the prestigious”King Khaled Award for National Achievement”. The awards were announced on Suanaday evening by Asir’s govenor, who is also president of the King Khaled Award Committee. The award is given to outstanding individuals and organizations in four different categories.

Talking at a press conference, Prince Faisal said “The award given to King Abdullah reflects his visionary leadership, especially in the field of education.” King Abdullah expanded the education throughout the kingdom to have 25 universities, King Abdullah also supported a few scholorship programmes for Saudis to continue their education abroad.
